Huckleberry Garden in South Cotabato

"Went to Huckleberry in Gensan with my cousin and it was a nice experience overall. The place has a cozy outdoor setup right beside the road — perfect for catching up or just chilling. The food is affordable and tastes good for the price. It can be a bit warm and there’s a little traffic noise since it’s outdoors, but the laid-back vibe makes up for it. A nice spot if you’re looking for something simple, cozy, and budget-friendly."

"Food was great, definitely a must try, nag wowonder lang kami bakit di pa sya dinudumog. Yung mga pagkain dito yung mga hindi mo typical na makikita or matitikman sa ibang resto. The dong po rou was really a melt in your mouth dish (as promised by the owner) the thai salad was a bit underwhelming to look at pero its bursting with flavors (never underestimate), the garlic beef steak tips was so good it was a delight! Fries and nuggets, not your ordinary nuggets its real chicken crispy in the outside soooooft in the inside, the mama's favorite comes with one giant crispy meatball with lots of noodles blended with cheese and sauce nostalgic children's party vibe. Must try!"

"Don't be confused by Cacios, they are closed now and not the same owners. Pretty good and underrated food in gensan. We had chicken and squid. The squid was fresh and tasty and the price wasn't bad and the staff were really nice. Pretty chill place to eat as well."

"Food's great and affordable. I ordered Squid, stuffed with meat & seafood. It's perfectly cooked, not burned and not raw. Also, the chicken tastes nice with all the tomato based sauce (forgot the name) Will visit here again when we go back to Gensan! PS. CR is clean too."

"The menu was a bit limited due to an earlier party but the staff explained this and went through what was and what wasn't available. Such a nice change from the normal process of orders being taken and then told 15mins later "not available" The service was excellent and the food was very good. Incidentally, the owner has a sound knowledge of wines and whilst the stock was limited we were given an excellent red. We will definitely visit again."

"Good food and great atmosphere! We ate here around lunch and surprisingly, it was not warm at all even though it's al fresco dining. Maybe because of the plants surrounding the resto. The food looks expensive but surprisingly, it was not expensive at all. Would eat here again. My only concern is the parking area, it is very limited. Service is 10/10. They don't accept debit/credit, but they have Gcash."

"Food is great and bag.o Para sa amua ang Shrimp on a Boat, interesting ang pagka himo ug ang flavor. Salad is good but could have been improved or creative. Staffs are polite and attentive."
